Lorenzini & C. Srl has implemented a system for managing reports that can be submitted by all employees of the Company as well as by anyone who comes into contact with it (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors, customers). These reports pertain to violations of specific internal or external regulations, ensuring correctness, transparency, and ethics in the conduct of business activities. The system also ensures compliance with the legislative provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, regarding whistleblowing and implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and containing provisions on the protection of persons reporting violations of national legislative provisions (hereinafter the “Whistleblowing Decree”).

This system guarantees confidentiality and privacy in the processing of received reports, safeguarding both the reporter and the reported party. Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

• https://lorenziniterminal.integrityline.com: This channel is computer-based and managed by a dedicated application that ensures confidentiality requirements through a security system characterized, among other things, by the use of cryptographic systems.;
• traditional postal address: Directed to the Reporting Manager, Via Labrone 19, ZIP 57123, Industrial Port, Livorno (Italy). Additionally, the report must be placed in two sealed envelopes: the first with the identifying data of the reporter along with a photocopy of the identification document, and the second with the report. Both envelopes must then be placed in a third sealed envelope labeled “confidential” addressed to the Reporting Manager;
• direct meeting with the Reporting Manager, which can be requested through the Manager’s email address: odv@lorenziniterminal.it
